EPS foam compactor machine

EPS foam compactor machine, the principle is to use screw compactor structure to compact EPS foam into block or board. During use, operator just need to throw foams into hopper,  the shredder structure in the machine break foam into pieces, then screw/spiral structure squeeze small EPS foam into square compacted block. The machine adopt cooling squeeze principle, during compressing, no need special heating. The front of compactor has one pressure regulation device, to regulate compression ratio, according to different raw material characters, the compressed ratio can reach into 30-40 times.
